By using usedocs.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
usedocs.app hosts a help center for your product, proposes article edits from your code, drafts articles from your customers’ questions, and answers customers from your published articles. Features and pricing may change; we will tell account holders about material changes before they apply.
Trial, plans, and billing
- New workspaces get a 7 day trial of the Growth plan with no credit card. If no plan is chosen when it ends, the workspace pauses and your content is kept.
- Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. You can change plans, update your card, download invoices, or cancel from the customer portal linked on the Billing page.
- Plan limits, such as AI conversations, seats, and bots, are listed on the pricing page. Unlimited features are subject to fair use.
Your content
You keep ownership of the documentation, code, and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to use the materials you submit, and for who you give access to private docs.
AI suggestions
Edits, drafts, checks, translations, and answers are generated by AI and can be wrong. You decide what to publish: suggestions wait for your approval, except translations you set to publish automatically. Keep a human path for questions the assistant cannot answer.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload malware, illegal content, or material that infringes others’ rights.
- Do not try to bypass rate limits, access other workspaces, scrape the dashboard, or abuse the widget or APIs.
- Configure allowed origins before embedding the widget in production.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You can delete your workspace at any time from Settings → Export and delete, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
