Product and support
For setup help, billing questions, imports, GitHub connection, help center domains, widget configuration, or account support, start with the product docs or email hello@usedocs.app. Include your workspace email and help center address so we can find the right account. Typical replies cover imports, proposed edits, custom domains, embed origins, and plan limits.
Sales and partnerships
For team plans, partner questions, or Enterprise, book a 15 minute walkthrough or email hello@usedocs.app with your company, docs URL, and expected monthly support volume. We can walk through Growth, add-ons, or an Enterprise plan for your volume. There is no phone queue; email and the demo calendar are the official sales paths.
Security reports
For vulnerability reports, include the affected URL, reproduction steps, impact, and a safe proof of concept. Do not include real customer conversation data. The canonical security contact is also published at /.well-known/security.txt. We acknowledge reports sent to hello@usedocs.app and prefer coordinated disclosure.
Developers and agents
API keys live in the dashboard (Settings → API and MCP). The usedocs developer portal documents the Answer API, OpenAPI spec, MCP server, rate limits, and a sandbox. Machine-readable files: /openapi.json, /mcp, /llms.txt, /sitemap.xml.
