How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace gets 7 days of Growth with no credit card. Choose a plan any time. If you don't, the bot pauses when the trial ends and your docs, gaps, and drafts are kept.
What is a founding batch?
The first paying customers get Growth, billed monthly, at a lower price for their first 12 months: $39/mo for the first 10, $59/mo for the next 20, and $79/mo for the next 30. Spots are counted live from paid subscriptions, and the current batch price is applied at checkout.
What happens after my founding year?
From month 13, Growth moves to the regular $99 a month. Your plan, limits, and workspace stay the same.
What counts as an AI conversation?
One visitor's chat with the assistant. Follow-up questions in that chat are free. Growth includes 2,000 a month, pooled across all your bots.
What happens if we pass 2,000 conversations?
There is no overage fee. Until the month resets, the widget keeps working as docs search and shows the matching help articles. Your visitors never see a billing message.
Can I add seats or bots?
Yes. Growth includes 5 seats and 1 bot. Extra seats are $8 a month each and extra bots are $29 a month each, added from Billing and prorated.
